’82 grad a leader in cancer research
Dr. Mokenge Malafa specializes in surgical oncology, particularly in patients battling pancreatic cancer. His clinical discoveries include trials with a semi-synthetic, micronutrient Vitamin E compound that is aiding in the prevention of tumor growth and reoccurrence.
In 2005, Malafa was named to the to the "2005 Best Doctors in America®" list of specialists most often named by other doctors as the ones they'd choose to see. It was an honor for the UW-Green Bay graduate who found his way from Cameroon to Green Bay via France.
