The Green Bay men's basketball team (4-2, 1-0 HL) used solid defense to defeat Wright State (0-5, 0-1 HL), 57-46, at the Resch Center Thursday night. The Phoenix, the nation's top free throw shooting team, also shot 27-for-32 from the line to offset a 34 percent shooting effort from the field.[+]

Swimming and Diving Teams Dominate Valparaiso, Continue Winning Streaks

After nearly three weeks without competition, the Green Bay men's and women's swimming and diving teams were back in action Thursday night, as each handily defeated Horizon League foe Valparaiso on the road. The men's squad bested the Crusaders 176-83, while the women's team took a 178-93 decision. Both teams picked up where they left off before the break, as the women's squad improved to a perfect 7-0 on the season, while the men's team has now won five straight and is 5-2.
