Our Students Come From...
Seventy-one Wisconsin counties. Twenty-three other states.
Twenty-seven nations, such as Brazil, China, Indonesia,
Kenya, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, and
the West Indies (just to name a few!).
We celebrate diversity every single day here at UW-Green
Bay!
Green Bay is Leader in Technology
UW-Green Bay is regarded among the state's leaders in access and capabilities for students and faculty
computer use. The campus moved to Windows NT in 1999. The newly expanded computing lab is open nearly
100 hours a week. Each student gets an account for research with access to the campus network and software,
the internet, and e-mail.
The Phoenix Bookstore
Located in the plaza of Cofrin Library, the Phoenix Bookstore sells course books, backpacks, school supplies,
UW-Green Bay apparel and items, and much more!
The Shoe Tree
Our campus is rich in traditions, so don't be surprised if you happen to pass a tree where many shoes hang from
its branches! Many students claim it's a ritual to signify the end of your career at UW-Green Bay, and to mark
the beginning of life in the real world.
