Reference Datasets on UWGB "Ecodata" Drive

GIS (Geographic Information Systems) has become an important tool for ecological research. Several GIS courses are taught in the Geography program and GIS software (ArcInfo and ArcView) is available to UWGB students and staff via the University computer network. To facilitate use of this technology, the CACB has placed a number of reference datasets on the network. The data can be accessed by mapping the network drive named '\\fpsb\ecodata$'. Additional datasets will be added to the drive based on program needs, available drive space and licensing considerations.
