employers/individuals who abide by employer standards of ethical conduct
established by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
To view these Principles, go to:

Employers with
Entrepreneurial Opportunities:
Employers and individuals offering
employment/entrepreneurial opportunities with compensation packages
requiring commission only or requiring prospective employees to purchase
products or services contingent upon their employment, or where
compensation is based exclusively on commission or fees/percentage of
sales from others under their sponsorship in the organization (pyramid
or multi-level networking structures), may participate in the following
recruitment activities through Career Services:
- Post opportunities in the PRO system.
- Make arrangements through Career Services for
an information session or information table to talk with students
about their opportunities (may be limited to 3 tables/sessions per
semester based upon demand/availability).
Due to space limitations at our career events (i.e.
the Fall and Spring Job & Internship Fairs) we are not able to offer
registration at this time to our Employers with Entrepreneurial
Opportunities.
Third-Party/Staffing Agencies:
Career Services will provide recruitment services
to organizations that provide recruiting/staffing services only if they
do not charge a fee to students. Recruiting/staffing services must
also, when requested, permit Career Services to request and verify
information on the specific employer(s) represented and/or the specific
job(s) being advertised. Career Services reserves the right to decline
to post a position if it has an ongoing relationship with the employer
being represented by the recruitment/staffing service and/or if Career
Services has questions about the legitimacy of the job listing or the
represented employer.
