The Student Employment Office will use the information you provide to create an account on the Phoenix Recruitment Online (PRO) job system and post your open position(s). Your job(s) will be posted as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email when it is complete.

Please Note: As a part of our Job Location and Development Program, we are required by federal regulations to monitor our student placements in off campus positions. We ask that you make a few notes if you hire a UW-Green Bay student for your off campus position: their name, start date, wage rate, approximate hours/per week, and the number of weeks the student is expected to work in this fiscal year (July-June). We will be contacting you regarding this information in the upcoming months.
