| Disbursement Calendar |

Typically, financial aid is disbursed the first week of each semester. You will want to become familiar with the
Student Info System (Account Summary) to ensure that all funds disburse at the correct time and are applied to your
account in a timely manner. Please note that it is your responsibility
to monitor your account to ensure that your bill has been paid or arrangements
for payment have been made with the Student Billing Office. (920) 465-2224. Do not assume that your aid will post to your account. Monitor the 'Account Summary' area of SIS regularly, and
contact the Financial Aid Office if your aid does not come in when anticipated.
If you are expecting private scholarships or other outside aid, you’ll want to keep track of those funds as well.
We are not responsible for tracking scholarships that have not arrived to the University’s Bursar Office. Please
contact the awarding organization if your funds have not arrived or have not been disbursed to your account.
