Please note that these printers are for environments with PC and/or MAC's. The printers include support for postscript so that they will work with either platform.

If you would like the printer connected to the campus network (as opposed to locally wired to workstations), please call the Help Desk at x2309. The cost for networking this printer is $200 and you must have an available, unused data jack. Please have your billing account codes ready when you call the Help Desk to have the printer networked. If the printer is going to be connected to a Macintosh computer via a Localtalk connection, a localtalk card must be added to the order. Please contact the Help Desk at x2309 for further information.

The vendor will accept a purchase order or you may phone in the order using your Purchasing Card. When entering a purchase order into PeopleSoft, please include the following:
