| DUTIES | Be a part of all executive board meetings and decisions. | |
| Attend all large group meetings. | ||
| Help with the following school year's budget proposal. | ||
| Help with the formation of travel proposals. | ||
| Attend all ACDA participating events and take pictures, notes, and collect all relevant information to retain accurate records of ACDA events and participation on and off campus. | ||
| Build and maintain ACDA scrapbook. | ||
