Becoming an Agent
Website for agents

Thank you for your interest in becoming a formal partner agency to the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.  To become an agent for UW-Green Bay, there is a three step process:

  1. Questionnaire & Business License
  2. Three References
  3. Review

Questionnaire & Business License
To get to know your company better, please complete the questionnaire.  A copy of your Business License must be attached to the questionnaire.  If your company has a Profile sheet, please attached that too.

Three References
Please provide the following information for each reference:

    Name
    Title
    University Name
    University Address
University City, State, Zip (or City, Country)
    Reference’s Phone Number
    Reference’s Email Address
Review
UW-Green Bay will review the questionnaire, business license, and comments from the three references.  After completing a thorough review, the agency will be notified if a formal contract will be offered.  Before a contract can be signed, we must know the following information from the agency:

  • Name of the person to be listed on the contract
  • Title of the person listed on the contract
  • Commission or non-commission contract

All documents can be sent to Ms. Molly Witt (International & Nonresident Student Recruitment Specialist)

UW-Green Bay does not require every agency to sign a contract.  We will work with any agency that has a student who is interested in attending UW-Green Bay.

Commission is only provided to agents who have completed the steps above and have signed a commission contract with UW-Green Bay.

NOTE:
Students referred through a contracted agent (commission contract) will not be eligible for the International Student Scholarship during the first two semesters of study at UW-Green Bay.  After the two semesters are completed, the student is eligible to receive the International Student Scholarship.
