Wait List Information
Some students who apply to UW-Green Bay will be placed on a wait list. This may happen for two reasons:
  • Your academic record makes you a marginally admissible student (in other words it is not as strong as our "regular" admits).

  • Your application was received after we reached our target number for new Freshmen applications. Even very highly qualified students may find themselves in this situation.
Students on the wait list are simply "on hold" until we determine if some space opens up which will allow us to admit more students. If this happens, we will admit students based on the strength of academic records or other special circumstances.
