MSEP

The Midwest Student Exchange Program

We are neighbors. That matters to us.

The Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) is a program allowing students from participating states to attend UW-Green Bay for a significantly lower tuition cost than out-of-state students from non-participating states.

Participating states include Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and Ohio.

This lower tuition rate for Midwest Student Exchange Program students can make UW-Green Bay's estimated cost of attendance comparable to their home state public universities, and lower than most private colleges and universities.

Any student residing in one of the Midwest Student Exchange Program states who applies, is admitted, and enrolls in UW-Green Bay will qualify for this lower tuition rate.
