A Powerful Degree for a Changing Marketplace

More than simply numbers and graphs, the business environment of the
21st century is a complex combination of skills and competencies, requiring
knowledge in many areas, such as writing and math skills, the social
sciences, and world cultures. This foundation, combined with foundation
courses in business and an Emphasis in Finance, Management, Marketing,
or Human Resource Management, make this a powerful degree for business
success.

Areas of Emphasis
Business Administrations majors at UW-Green Bay must identify
an Area of Emphasis. Each Emphasis constitutes 21 total
credits and can be earned in the following areas:
- Finance
- General Management
- Human Resource Management
- Marketing
Financial Aid and Scholarships
All students carrying 6 or more credits per semester are eligible to
apply for Federal Financial Aid. Also, scholarships for business students
may be available through the Office of Financial Aid or through the
Adult Degree Program Office (for students with a double major or minor
in Interdisciplinary Studies.)
