Application

To apply, simply follow the step-by-step guide below.  If you have any questions along the way, please do not hesitate to contact the Adult Degree Program Office at (800) 621-2313 or adultdegrees@uwgb.edu.  Applications for the Adult Degree Program are accepted continuously throughout all months of the year.

 

STEP 1 Complete the Adult Degree Program application
   
STEP 2 Write a brief (one page) cover sheet introducing yourself and focusing on your reasons for attending college. Please include the following information, if applicable:
  • Current job or community responsibilities that could demonstrate your ability to be a successful student
  • Career goals
  • Work experiences
  • Family obligations
  • Reasons why your previous educational records may not reflect your current abilities.  This is your chance to explain why the student you were yesterday is not the same person you are today!
   
STEP 3 Submit the $44 application fee by check or money order. 

NOTE: If you have earned credits at UW-Green Bay in the past, you do not need to pay the application fee again. In addition, the application fee is not required if the most recent campus you attended was one of the two-year UW Colleges.
   
STEP 4 Request your official transcripts from all schools you have attended.
