My name is Eric Craver and I am the Director of Marketing and Recruitment and an Academic Advisor in the Office of Adult Degree Programs at UW-Green Bay. I have been with the ADP since 2004 but have worked in higher education for over 17 years – most recently working with adult learners and helping them to achieve their goal of a bachelor’s degree. I have two degrees from the University of Iowa, including a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education and Student Development and am pursuing my doctorate in Education from UW-Madison.

My responsibilities here focus primarily on spearheading the effort to get the message out to adult learners throughout Northeast Wisconsin and beyond that unique opportunities exist here at UW-Green Bay for adult learners to complete their UW bachelor’s degree and to attain their goals for job security, professional advancement, and personal development. My academic advising philosophy is simple – “Work with adult learners to empower their efforts to succeed in college.”
