Hello there!  My name is Aubrey Schramm and I am the Student Services Coordinator for the Adult Degree Program.  I am responsible for the transfer credit evaluation process for all Adult Degree Program students, as well as managing the IntelliResponse/Ask an Advisor online system, and advising students from the time they enter the program through graduation.  I am passionate about the advising field and truly enjoy my work with students.  I place great emphasis on getting to know students, so that they are comfortable enough to contact me with any question or concern, no matter how big or small!  In my partnerships and collaboration with other offices, I work hard to stay on top of the important details that are pertinent to student success. I make sure to communicate this information to my advisees.  I truly believe laughter is the most important component in the advising session.

I graduated from UW-Green Bay in 1998, with a major in Human Development- Family Studies, after transferring here from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities.  As a former student, I loved UW-Green Bay for its smaller size, atmosphere and facilities, as well as the accessibility to the professors.  I worked and traveled overseas following my college graduation, and when I returned home, I pursued a Master of Science in Education- Counseling at UW-Oshkosh, with an emphasis in Student Affairs and College Counseling. Prior to my current position with the Adult Degree Program, I served as Student Services Coordinator at UW-Marinette, Academic Advisor at UW-Oshkosh, and Admission Advisor/International Specialist at UW-Green Bay.  I believe these prior experiences provided me with a wonderful foundation for what I am doing now in my work with adult students.  I truly enjoy being on the Adult Degree Program team and I look forward to meeting you in the near future!
