Hi!  My name is Rob Tracy and I am the Coordinator for the Northeast Wisconsin Learning Center in Appleton.  My office is located at the UW-Northeast Wisconsin Learning Center, inside the Bordini Center at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton. For the past 12 years, I have recruited and advised adult college students in the Fox River Valley.  At Lakeland College-Fox Cities Center, I developed and coordinated evening/online programs for adult learners including Lakeland's BlendEd program. I also worked for the UW Oshkosh Center for Career Development.  I have had the pleasure of a 20-year career in higher education and human services, helping people achieve their goals. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of South Florida, Tampa; a Master of Arts in Soviet history from Florida State University, Tallahassee; and a Master of Arts in counseling from Lakeland College. I am certified with a D.P.I. teaching license and have taught a variety of courses and seminars at all levels. I live in Kaukauna with my wife and 2 children.  I enjoy discussing politics with my daughter and playing electric guitar with my son.

Any student or prospective student in the Fox Cities region may contact me for an array of student services.  My focus is helping returning adult students to find and finish a degree program that is right for them.  Businesses and other organizations may also contact me to provide information to employees considering a return to school.
