BALANCE YOUR SCHEDULE
Carefully choose your classes and consult with an advisor.
Take courses that meet your requirements and interests,
but at the same time represent a realistic schedule.
Keep in mind other obligations that may impact your schedule.
ATTEND CLASSES REGULARLY AND BE ON TIME
Sound obvious? Still, it bears repeating. Go To Class!!
It makes a difference.
YOU HAVE TO STUDY!!
Do you know that you are expected to study 2 to 3 hours
outside of class for each hour in class? That means:
12 credit hours/week x 3 study hours = 36 hours of studying!
GET YOUR REST AND TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
PARTICIPATE IN CO-CIRCULAR ACTIVITIES BUT CHOOSE
WISELY
ARE YOU WORKING?
Fulltime students should work no more than 20 hours a
week and we recommend working 10-15 hours/week. School

having difficulty in a course.
