OVERVIEW OF FINANCE:

The study of Finance includes areas of investment principles, financial planning & management, corporate financial management, and banking. Remember that Finance is not a major entirely by itself. It is an area of emphasis within the Business Administration major. Be wary of the timing in taking courses, so as to avoid not being able to graduate in 4 years.

WHO SHOULD HAVE THIS EMPHASIS :

Students who are interested in gathering and analyzing quantitative data, are good at math and statistics, enjoy logic, and have good communication skills will be interested in the Finance major.
