Timothy F. Nixon

Since he graduated from UW-Madison with a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration, as well as a law degree, Timothy Nixon has been with the law firm of Godrey & Kahn, S.C. He is now a shareholder and the lead attorney for its Business Finance and Restructuring Team. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Wisconsin, the U.S. Supreme Court, and numerous federal courts around the United States. Nixon is a prolific author, writing books and articles in addition to being a popular workshop speaker and expert commentator on the law. He has also received numerous honors and recognitions in his profession. Nixon has been a major advocate for UW-Green Bay’s academic programs and is in his 10th year as an adjunct faculty member for Public and Environmental Administration teaching administrative law on a gratis basis. Also, he is an assistant editor and contributor to Voyageur Magazine.
