Urla (Teixeira) Barrow works as the chief executive officer of Community Medical Care, located in northwest Washington, D. C. Barrow previously worked for a Boston City Hospital program for mothers of babies diagnosed with malnutrition, as the executive director of the Boston Housing Authority, and most recently as the chief executive officer of West Coast Community Clinics in Copalis Beach, Washington.
