Barbara K. Polich is a partner at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, a national law firm with offices in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she is a highly regarded trial lawyer with a specialty in commercial and intellectual property litigation. Polich is also an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association National Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators. She has been recognized numerous times for her accomplishments in the field of law including Utah lawyer of the year honors and she has been profiled as one of Utah’s “most feared lawyers.” Polich is also involved in many professional activities and community committee work.
