Daniel Boettcher '72 is CEO for Northport Corporation of St. Cloud in Gillett, Wis. Northport offers a full line of aluminum fishing and pleasure boats. Boettcher's degree is in managerial systems.
Richard Pigeon '72 is a banker at Citizens Bank, Green Bay. He has 34 years of experience for Citizens Bank. His degree is in managerial systems.
Patricia Finder-Stone '73 was appointed to the Midwest Board of the American Cancer Society. She is a long-time advocate for healthy living, especially in the area of tobacco control. She is a registered nurse and community activist. Her degree is growth and development.
Steven Karbon '73 is a senior vice president, wealth adviser and estate planning consultant for Morgan Stanley in Minneapolis. His degree is in managerial systems.
David Rosacker '73 is the business manager for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Fort Worth, Texas. His degree is in regional analysis.
Jeffrey Theisen '73 is the executive
producer for Renew Science Inc., Appleton. He is currently producing
Internet videos and a podcast series including Hybrid Homes, podfoodtv.com,
and getgreentv.com. His degree is in ecosystems analysis.
Richard Chernick '74, CEO of Camera Corner/Connecting Point in Green Bay, is undertaking an expansion that will include a larger Digital Photo Café for customers to crop, size, and print their photos. The renovation also creates a bigger classroom facility and expanded service department. Chernick's degree is in managerial systems.
Michael Hoffmann '74 is a professor and associate dean for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University. He is also the director of Cornell University's Agricultural Experiment Station. His major is in ecosystems analysis.
David Pamperin '74 is the new president and CEO of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation. Pamperin was previously director of the Adirondack Museum in upstate New York. He has also served the Historic Sites program for the Wisconsin Historical Society, the Mackinac Island State Park Commission and the Wisconsin Maritime Museum in Manitowoc. His bachelor's degree is in modernization processes and he has a master's from George Washington University.
Brian Ruechel '74 is finance director and treasurer for the city of Manitowoc. His degree is in managerial systems.
Emmons Patzer '75 came out of early retirement from heading Bristol Myers-Squibb's global marketing information and research unit to become director of marketing and consumer experience for HumanaOne - the individual line of health coverage for Humana Corporation, Milwaukee (with additional offices in Green Bay and Madison). He spent three years in general surgery at UW-Madison hospitals and clinics and 21 years at Bristol Myers-Squibb. He says he "occasionally slips back on campus to see the old haunts." He has a master's degree in food and nutrition from the University of Hawaii and an MBA from UW-Madison. His degree is in nutritional science.
Jean Peerenboom '75 is the volunteer coordinator for NEW Community Shelter in Green Bay. Her degree is in communication and the arts.
David Williams '75 is the chapter operations officer for the American Red Cross of Alaska. His degree is in humanism and cultural change.
Hollice Allen '76 is the manager of the health investigations division for the Office of the Attorney General in St. Paul, Minn. He is responsible for investigating complaints filed with the state licensing boards governing doctors, nurses, dentists, social workers and psychologists His degree is in managerial systems.
Larry Antosch '77 is the director of environmental policy for the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation in Columbus, Ohio. His degree is in science and environmental change.
Bruce Schaepe '77 is an environmental engineer at Peer Engineering Integrated Environment Solutions in Eden Prairie, Minn. His degree is in regional analysis.
Michael Cerkas '78 is a technical team manager at GeoAnalytics, Inc. in Madison. He is responsible for managing a consulting and technical services group that includes system developers, programmers, analysts, consultants, system architects and solution providers. His degree is in managerial systems.
Jeff Koehler '78 is the general manager of Morning Glory Dairy in De Pere, a division of Foremost Farms USA. Koehler has a master's degree in environmental arts and sciences.
Kay Nelson '78 is a management professor at Southern Illinois University and serves as director of the Partnership for Innovation Center. Nelson previously worked for Procter & Gamble, Apple Computers and NATO. She completed her bachelor's degree in communication and the arts through the extended degree program, received her master's from Hampton University, and completed her Ph.D. in management information systems at the University of Texas.
Michael Braun '79 is a program director for the dietetic technician program at Madison Area Technical College. He has authored numerous publications and presentations across the U.S. in his area of interest: eating and weight disorders, nutrition and substance abuse, nutrition and depression. His degree is in nutritional sciences.
Joseph Langer '79 is a business transformation program director for Schneider National, Inc. His degree is in business administration.
Mike McDavit '79 is the associate director for the Biopesticides and Pollution Prevention Division at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, DC. He has a master's degree in public administration from George Washington University. He lives in Arlington, Va., with his wife, Kim (Kahle) and son, Grady. Rick Taylor '79 recently joined the staff of Wipfli LLP as the director of the CPA and consulting firm's tax division in Milwaukee. He was also elected as a partner. His degree is in business administration, public accounting.
