Credit by Exam

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay offers many opportunities for students to earn academic credit for previous education or life experiences for which credit has not already been earned or transferred from another institution.  If you have previously taken a course and did poorly in it, you can not take any Credit by Exam to try and improve the grade.  Credit by Examination allows you to save time and money by shortening your time in school and reducing your tuition spending. Several options are available; click on any of the links above to learn more about the specific options.

Note: Changes in exams and in course or credit equivalencies are made from time to time. UW-Green Bay reserves the right to modify its policies regarding credit by exam. Questions about current exam policies and procedures should be directed to Testing Services
