If you are concerned about how alcohol, tobacco or other drugs could be impacting your health and/or your
personal and academic goals, there are several options available.
These are:
Consultation:
If you are concerned about yourself or someone you know, consultation on potential health risks for use of alcohol,
tobacco or other drugs are available, by appointment, through the Counseling and Health Center, 465-2380.
Individual Assessment:
Confidential, face-to-face alcohol or other drug assessments are available on-campus at no charge to currently
enrolled UW-Green Bay students. Upon completion, help will also be provided in determining your options for
additional help or support. Assessments can be scheduled through the Counseling and Health Center 465-2380.
Web-Based Assessment:
e-Chug is a web-based, brief self assessment and feedback tool designed to motivate students to reduce their alcohol
consumption using personalized information about their own drinking and risk factors. This assessment is free and
confidential. Click here to launch e-Chug (opens in a new browser window).
