The goal of this contest is to have participant’s produce a unique, creative and
informative video.
Videos must be created by a UW-Green Bay student or students. Videos must be entered
under the name of one of the participating buildings. These buildings are:

Donald Long Hall
James Temp Hall
Cletus Vanderperren Hall
Arlene Walter Hall
Byron Walter Hall
Robert Warren Hall
R.E. Small Hall
Roy Downham Hall (First Floor)
Roy Downham Hall (Second Floor)
Roy Downham Hall (Third Floor)
The video will relate to one of the Alcohol and other drug abuse related topics below.
Preventing, avoiding or the consequences of drunk driving
Consequences or concern related to the drinking of a friend or a roommate
A demonstration of what a standard drink is
The best way to turn down a drink that you do not want from a persistent host
Illustrating/describing the dangers of abusive drinking
Other topics related to alcohol abuse or responsible use
The video can be dramatic, funny, musical or whatever but must have a message, theme or point which is in accordance with the goal of preventing alcohol and other drug abuse.
Entries must be uploaded at http://www.youtube.com/group/GotfactsVideono
later than 10 AM on Friday November 9. Put
the name of the building for which you are entering the video and the names
of the video’s creators into the video description.
A particular video can only be submitted for one building
More than one video may be submitted for each building and a student can be involved in creating more than one video.
On submission all entries become the property of UWGB and YouTube
All people who appear in a video must sign a release so that the video can be freely shown and those releases provided to the contest organizers on request. Talent

All video entries will first be screened by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Programming Committee to determine which entries meet all of the requirements set forth in these rules and is therefore a valid entry. The decisions made by this committee concerning video eligibility for this contest are final.
The winners will be the videos which receive the most votes
The video receiving the most votes will earn 150 Got Facts points for the building for which it was entered.
The video receiving the second most votes will earn 75 Got Facts points for the building for which it was entered.
Each of the first four eligible entries for a given building will earn 30 Got Facts points for that building.
Additional entries can be entered for a building but only four will receive the 30 points for entry
Each student named on the winning video as a creator of that video will win a UWGB Hoodie.
All people participating in the contest agree to be bound to the provision and intent of the contest rules.
Any ties will be broken by random drawing from among the tied, the drawing will be made by the contest organizers and the results of that drawing are final.
