Play our drinking games, and win prizes!

There are two ways to win:
  • Be a part of the team who earns the most points per person. Teams are based on housing assignments. (Check out the fine print below for details.)
  • Have one of the three highest personal point totals for students living off campus.

How do you earn points:
  • Test your knowledge by using the interactive on-line experience called E-Chug (very cool, anonymous)
  • Take up to five quick alcohol knowledge quizzes for 10 points each.
  • Attend programs September 29th to October 3rd in the University Union and earn even more points!

Contest Rules
  1. For the purposes of this contest, eligible buildings are all Residence Life Halls and Apartments.
  2. The residents of each hall will make up a team. For example, there will be an Ed Thompson Team, a 3312 Team, and a Donald Long Team.
  3. Because of the large number of students who live in Roy Downham Hall each RDH floor will, for the purposes of this contest, be considered a Team.
  4. The contest period will be from Monday, September 29, 2008 until October 3, 2008 at 4:00 PM. All submissions must be completed or turned in to the Student Life office by that date and time.
  5. Only University of Wisconsin-Green Bay students enrolled for the fall semester of the 2008-2009 academic year are eligible to participate in this contest.
  6. All people participating in the contest agree to be bound to the provision and intent of the contest rules.
  7. During the contest period UW-Green Bay students will be able to earn points by participating online and at activities hosted in the University Union.
  8. Students can only receive points once for each activity (for example students can earn the 25 points for doing E-chug only once).
  9. Points for each activity are as follows:

    • E-Chug (20 points)
    • BAC (25 points)
    • Pong (20 points)
    • Alcohol Jeopardy (20 points)
    • Bottle Cap Bingo (20 points)
    • Pour Me (20 points)
    • Women and Alcohol (10 points)
    • Every 15 Minutes (15 points)
    • Quiz #1 (10 points)
    • Quiz #2 (10 points)
    • Quiz #3 (10 points)
    • Quiz #4 (10 points)
    • Quiz #5 (10 points)

    • Total Points: 200

  10. The contest organizers make all decisions concerning how points are earned, tallied and how many points are granted for participation in any particular program.
  11. Points will be assigned based on attendance sheets, signing in during the quizzes and providing a certificate of completion for E-Chug to the Student Life Office.
  12. Points earned by students are counted toward their personal point tally and the tally of the hall or apartment in which they reside. Points are non-transferable.
  13. If the contest organizers determine that a student has submitted points for a program that they have not attended or has misrepresented their participation in any way the student will be ineligible to win a contest prize and all the points they had earned during the entire contest will be deducted from their building totals.
  14. If a pattern of misrepresentation is determined to be coming from one team, that entire team will be disqualified and ineligible for prizes.
  15. The decision of the contest organizers related to possible violation of contest rules is final.
  16. For students who reside in Residence Life the winning team will be determined by the highest average number of points per team member. This will be calculated by dividing the total number of points the team has earned and then dividing it by the number of team members. Students must earn a minimum of twenty contest points to eligible for the grand prize.

    Or for you math people:

      Team Score = Sum(Team Points)/ Sum(Team Members)

  17. For students who do not reside on campus the three individuals who live off campus and have earned the most contest points during the contest period will also be contest winners and eligible for a prize.
  18. Any ties will be broken by random drawing from among the tied, the drawing will be made by the contest organizers and the results of that drawing are final.
  19. The contest prize to be awarded to each student eligible for a prize will be a “I Got the Facts” T-Shirt and a Cheap Seats movie pass and a large popcorn with their movie attendance.
  20. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 30 days.
  21. Contest participants agree to be bound by the decisions made by the contest organizers related to the granting of points and selection of contest winners.
  22. Prizes will be awarded after all scores are tabulated.
  23. UW-Green Bay and the contest organizers are not responsible for defective prizes.
  24. All prizes are non-transferable and there will be no cash substitution for prizes.

Thank you for your cooperation.
