If you have any questions about these courses, the Law and Justice Studies emphasis, or any other Social Change and Development program, please email austina@uwgb.edu

The Law and Justice Studies emphasis in the Social Change and Development major is for students interested in students interested in pursuing careers in justice studies, criminal justice, and law-related professions.  Courses cover such subjects as criminology, society and the law, and the criminal justice system.  Those seeking admittance to law school, as well as for those interested in law-related careers that do not require a law degree, such as paralegal work will also be interested in the emphasis.  The faculty provide a solid grounding in criminal/civil justice issues in the context of a broad liberal arts education.
