Jessica is a trainer with the Behavioral Health Training Partnership at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She holds a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin. Prior to working at the BHTP, she was employed for 12 years at the Shawano County Department of Human Services. While working in Shawano County, she provided crisis intervention services directly, worked closely with the court system through Chapters 51, 54, and 55, and managed behavioral health services for the county, which included Outpatient mental health and substance abuse services, Crisis Intervention, Adult Protective Services, Coordinated Services Team, Comprehensive Community Services, and intermittent management of the Community Support Program.

Jessica is also a trained Family Court Mediator, and provided mediation services in Shawano County for almost 4 years. She is on the board of directors for the organization ROADS (Reaching Out About Depression and Suicide), which serves Shawano and Menominee Counties. While working in Shawano, she maintained close partnerships with the local schools, hospital, and law enforcement, and served on a variety of committees.
