The Geodata Drive is a network share set up and maintained by the Biodiversity Center. Like any dedicated network share, Geodata is not visible in the default network configuration. Users need to map (connect to) the drive before they can view and access the contents. Follow the instructions below to map the Geodata Drive on the UWGB network. Note that users with student accounts must map the drive each time they log on (“Reconnect at logon” only works for faculty/staff accounts).

The first step in mapping the drive is to open the “Map Network Drive” dialogue by right-clicking on “Computer” in the Windows Explorer folder tree.
