primary purpose of the site is to provide Remote Sensing, GPS mapping and Geographic
Information Systems support to the UW-Green Bay community. The site is also intended

GIS Courses In ENV SCI Will Change In 2014-15
Remote Sensing and GIS (ENV SCI 454/654) is being offered for the last time in Spring 2014.
Info is sketchy on what the NAS part of GIS instruction will look like going forward.
The table below shows what the plan looks like as of mid-November 2013. Note the word "PRELIMINARY" and stay tuned.
However the final configuration winds up, it's a given that the 7-week intro class in PEA will be a prerequisite.
Personal opinion? Environmental Science majors should consider taking PU EN AF 250 as early in their careers as possible.
Sophomore year is not too soon.
