Research Interests: My research focuses on the adrenal cortex and the signal transduction pathways controlling steroid hormone production in these cells. Within these cells I am interested in the mechanisms regulating intracellular calcium release and techniques for measuring these rapid changes in cellular calcium using fluorescence microscopy.
