Certification Examination Requirements

A completed degree in Accounting from UW-Green Bay qualifies you to sit for the C.I.A. and C.M.A. examinations. To sit for the C.P.A. examination, graduates must also satisfy the 150-credit.

Latest CPA Exam Results

UW – Green Bay accounting students have performed extremely well on the nationally recognized Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. In 2013, first-time exam-takers from UW-Green Bay achieved a 67.1% pass rate (tallied across all sections of the exam). By comparison, for 2013 exam-takers from all jurisdictions, the first-time pass rate was 54.6%. And, in the state of Wisconsin, UW-Green Bay’s 2013 first-time pass rate ranked fourth among the 18 schools with ten or more candidates taking the exam.
