Skills and abilities gained with a Management emphasis?

FREUD WOULD BE PROUD. In order to be successful in this field, you must have an understanding of people, and the psychology that drives them. This includes knowing how to motivate others, how to teach and train, and understanding different leadership styles and how different people respond to them.

TEAMWORK. A critical aspect of the Management field is being able to work with others within a team setting. Students in the Management emphasis will gain the experience and training necessary to become a valuable member of any team.

TOOLS YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS. The program provides considerable exposure to the liberal arts and develops the critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal, communication, quantitative and computer skills needed by graduates to successfully serve as leaders within modern organizations.
