Fran Baugnet is a University Services Associate II for the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at UW-Green Bay. She started at UWGB in the Natural and Applied Sciences Department; was in the Registrar’s Office for seven years and has been in the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business for five years.

Prior to joining UW-Green Bay she owned the Brookside Market, Townsend, WI. Fran has her Real Estate Broker’s license, selling real estate in the area as well as other high ticket items in the retail area.
