Ernie Johnson is an associate lecturer in management for the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at UW-Green Bay.

Education: B.S., University of Illinois--Champaign/Urbana (1970); M.A., University of Illinois-- Champaign/Urbana (1971); A.B.D., Industrial Psychology, University of Illinois (1973).

Mr. Johnson’s teaching interests include industrial/organizational psychology, human resource management. His research interests include recruitment, screening, selection of employees and compensation systems. Mr. Johnson’s past experience includes being a member of Society of Human Resource Management, Vice President of Human Resources for private and public sector organizations, and a small business consultant.
