Peter Smith is an associate professor in marketing for the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at UW-Green Bay. Dr. Smith

Education: B.S., Ferris State University (1983); M.B.A., Michigan State University (1985); Ph.D., Consumer Behavior, Purdue University (1990).

Dr. Smith’s teaching interests include consumer behavior, advertising campaign planning and marketing strategy. His research interests include classical conditioning in advertising, food product marketing, marketing of deregulated industries, and marketing of experiential tourism. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and the American Academy of Advertising. Dr. Smith has served as a consultant to CUB Foods, the Green Bay Packers, Recka & Joannes Attorneys and a number of other area businesses.
