Posted July 7, 2017

Two local teens got a chance to perform on a Broadway stage as part of a music theater workshop in New York City. One is headed to UW-Green Bay. Green Bay Southwest student Felix Torrez and Liz Valentin took part in The Jimmy’s earlier this week — the high school version of the Tony Awards. They won trips to The Jimmy’s by taking home the best actor and actress awards at the local Center Stage Awards. Valentin graduated from Green Bay West and she’s headed to UW-Green Bay in Fall 2017.
