Step-by-step instructions
for online giving

Upon entering our secure site, you will be prompted for information as to the nature of your gift, your preferred method of payment, and basic contact details. In describing your gift, please note the following.

Number one.Gift Designation
Specify the category, choosing from Phase I and the Kress Events Center; Phase II and the Academic Excellence drive; or an unrestricted gift to an area of greatest need.

Number two. Restricted giving (optional)
Naming-rights gifts have been popular with Kress Events Center donors. While the remaining opportunities will not be listed on the online form, they are enumerated below. To reserve your choice, make note of your selection or use your browser to copy, carry it forward, and paste into the field provided under Gift Designation at the top of the form.


Number three.Memorial Gifts (optional)
If your gift is intended as a memorial, indicate this in the field provided. UW-Green Bay will contact you for additional details, if necessary

Number four.Submitting your gift, and

After completing all required fields and clicking “submit,” you will receive your official tax receipt from the University of Wisconsin Foundation. You will also receive written acknowledgement from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Secure Giving
Those who elect to support The Campaign for UW-Green Bay can make their gift online via this direct connection to a secure server administered by the University of Wisconsin Foundation. UW-Green Bay’s affiliation with the Foundation — one of America’s largest and most respected — ensures the highest level of security and customer service. Assets are pooled and managed until disbursements are made for the benefit of UW-Green Bay and its students.

Other ways to give
Donors who use the Web for information gathering but prefer other methods for conveying payment can download the Campaign for UW-Green Bay gift form. Consult the material here (at left) for gift designation and naming-rights options, but follow the separate instructions on the printed form to complete your confidential statement of commitment. Return this form to the University Advancement Office, UW-Green Bay, 2420 Nicolet Drive, Green Bay, WI 54311-7001.
