UW-Green Bay MAT Information and Policies A testing appointment may
be arranged by calling Career Services at (920) 465-2163. Administrations of
the Miller’s Analogy Test (MAT) must be scheduled 15 business days prior
to the desired test date/time. In order to confirm a test date and time,
partial payment of $40 in the form of a deposit is required. Upon
receipt of the $40 deposit, Career Services will confirm your test date
and forward additional materials related to the MAT. Checks must be made
payable to UW-Green Bay. You should report to Career Services 5 to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled test time. A photo ID (license, passport, school ID) with a signature MUST be presented when you check-in on the day of the test. You should plan on spending about 2 hours on campus (60 minutes for the test plus the time required to complete forms and receive instructions and information). You should know the names of the schools where you want the MAT scores sent. You are allowed three schools plus the report you receive at no cost on the day of the test. This information MUST be provided at the time of the test. There are additional charges for requests made after the test date or for more than three score reports. You should bring #2 lead pencils with erasers with you to complete the test forms. Study guides for the MAT are available at the UW-Green Bay Phoenix Bookstore as well as at most retail book stores. Preparation for the test is suggested. MAT Information Bulletins are available in Career Services for individuals planning to take the test. Upon registration via phone, you will be sent a MAT Information Bulletin, campus map and parking permit. Information about the MAT is available on-line at the Psychological Corporation website. Click HERE to link to that site. If you wish to register for the MAT, please call (920) 465-2163. |
