Whether you are seeking a guest speaker for your class or a student organization, Career Services can assist you by presenting on various topics or by contacting alumni about visiting your classroom.

Alumni in the Classroom: A Win-Win Partnership

Career Services has partnered with various Academic Departments to sponsor alumni speakers in the classroom.  Alumni have visited with students, sharing information about their career paths, current careers, their academic experience at UW-Green Bay as well as answered questions from the students on a wide range of topics.  These programs have received wonderful feedback from students, faculty, staff and alumni... certainly a Win-Win situation for all involved!

Career Services Presentations

Our staff can present on a variety of topics geared towards your audience.  Some of the topics included in our workshop series presented each semester include:

  • Choosing a Major
  • Creating Dynamic Resumes and Cover Letters

  • Interviewing Like a Professional
  • Finding State/Federal Government Employment
  • Maximizing Your Employment Success
  • The Graduate School Option
  • Get Noticed at the Career/Job Fair
