Spring & Internship Fair
Wednesday, February 27, 2013
9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Phoenix Rooms, University Union |
 |
Employers: Promote your organization and current or anticipated full-time and internship positions to our students and alumni!
Fees & Space: The
event registration fee is $125 ($65 for non-profit & government
organizations) which covers the cost of your booth space and
associated event publicity. Each booth space will include one
5’ length table and 2 chairs in an approximate 8’
wide space. Please make certain to consider these limitations
when making arrangements for the fair. If your display will not
fit into this space, please request a second booth space when
registering for the event.
-
We are not able to accommodate displays that extend
the assigned space. Please be courteous to your neighboring
booths. If your display infringes on the space of the
booths next to you, we reserve the right to ask you to
remove your display.
-
Organizations will be limited to a maximum of three
representatives per booth space. If you wish to
have more than three representatives attend the event, we
encourage you to register for a second table space.
-
There is limited access to electricity; you may request
access on your registration and it will be assigned on a
first-come basis. Extension cords are not provided.
-
For this event, you may request that your table be covered
at no cost.
-
We will be hosting a complimentary lunch after the fair so
representatives may connect with UW-Green Bay faculty and
the staff in Career Services.
Registration: Registrations
are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited
to the first 70 registrants, with a deadline of Friday,
February 15, 2013. An additional $25.00 fee will be
assessed to registrations received after this date.
