Fall Job & Internship Fair

Employers: Promote your organization and current or anticipated full-time and internship positions to our students and alumni!

Fees & Space: The event registration fee is $125 ($65 for non-profit & government organizations) which covers the cost of your booth space and associated event publicity. Each booth space will include one 5’ length table and 2 chairs in an approximate 8’ wide space.  Please make certain to consider these limitations when making arrangements for the fair!  If your display will not fit into this space or you will have more than three (3) representatives attending the event, please request a second booth space when registering for the event.

How Do I Register?  Register on-line through Phoenix Recruitment On-Line (PRO) 

  1. Log into PRO https://www.myinterfase.com/uwgb/employer/.  Click on “Career Events”, “Search” and find the Fall Job & Internship Fair.
  2. Click on “Register” and complete all fields of the registration form – including Registration Information, Fees, Attending Recruiters, and Profile Information. If changes need to be made to your registration after it has been submitted, please contact Karla Miller at millerk@uwgb.edu.
  3. We are now able to accept credit card payments. After selecting fees, in the payment box, select the Payment Method "Credit Card" and you will be prompted to enter your account information to process payment. Otherwise, you may select "Check" or "PO" and print out an invoice to process for payment.
  4. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis with a deadline of Friday, September 12, 2014.  An additional $25.00 fee will be assessed to registrations received after this date.

By submitting a job fair registration, participants agree to adhere to our recruiting policies and guidelines (http://www.uwgb.edu/careers/services-for-employers/recruiting-policies.asp). Career Services reserves the right to limit the number of organizations and industries attending the fair to facilitate representation of the career fields and industries reflected by the majors and career interests of our students.

Confirmation:  Once your registration has been processed and approved, confirmation will be sent via e-mail.   A receipt will be e-mailed to you once payment is received.  Prior to the fair, you and your registered representatives will receive an e-mail with additional information and a parking permit. On the event registration page in PRO you will also find directions to campus, parking information and shipping instructions.

How is the event publicized?  Our office publicizes the Job & Internship Fair to all students and recent alumni – this includes all majors. We advertise via e-mails, social media, the campus newspaper – The Fourth Estate, posters, banners, connecting with faculty, and class announcements.  If you would like to learn about additional means through which you can connect with students and gain visibility on our campus, see www.fourthestatenewspaper.com/ or contact our staff for more information.

Payment: We are now able to accept credit card payments. Fees will be assessed and are not refundable for employers who register and do not attend the event.

Not able to attend the fair?  Be sure to log into PRO to make certain your company profile is up-to-date and to list any available internship or full-time positions you would like to advertise to our students and alumni!
