Services for Employers - On-Campus Interviews |

Whether you are recruiting for full-time or internship positions, on-campus recruiting provides you with the opportunity to interview University of Wisconsin - Green Bay students at no cost. Positions are posted and schedules are arranged through our Phoenix On-Line Recruitment (PRO) system which will allow you to view students resumes prior to attending campus and monitor your interview schedule all with the click of a mouse.
Recruiting Schedule:
Our Fall recruitment program begins on approximately October 1st; our Spring recruitment season begins on approximately February 1st each year. Interview schedules may be "open" for sign-up or "pre-select" for employer pre-screening. For "pre-select" schedules, Career Services reserves the right to have 25% of the interview schedule slots available for sign-up of alternate students. Employers with scheduled on-campus interviews will receive a username and password for access to PRO if they are not already registered with our office. This access allows employers to check their interview schedule, review resumes submitted by candidates as well as search through the public resume book for other potentially qualified candidates.

To arrange an On-Campus Recruiting visit, please contact Karla Miller, Program Coordinator for Recruitment at (920) 465-2163 or e-mail millerk@uwgb.edu. You may request an interview schedule by logging into the PRO (Phoenix Recruitment On-Line) system and completing the interview request information in the "Campus Interviews" section.
