Choose two courses from any of the three groups of courses listed above, or PU EN AF 461 Special Topics in Public and Environmental Affairs, or PU EN AF 497 Internship in Public and Environmental Affairs (only 3 credits of internship can count toward the major). Internships are strongly recommended for students who qualify.

Additional courses may be appropriate for a major (for example, SOC WORK 275 American Social Welfare or ECON 301 Economic and Social Security). Students should consult a faculty adviser.
