Popular MOOC Providers

Coursera - founded by Andrew Ng and Daphne Koller from Stanford University, Coursera partners with prestigious institutions to provide courses in engineering, computer science, humanities and other areas.
edX - founded by Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University, edX operates an open-source platform to provide higher-level courses in science, technology, computer science and other areas
Udacity - founded by Google Fellow and Stanford University Professor, Sebastian Thurn and colleagues, Udacity offers science, self-paced courses with integrated testing.
Canvas Network - supported by LMS provider Canvas, Canvas Network offers a wide range of college and market driven courses.
