Educational and Civic Programs
The Center sponsors and organizes forums for the community to share information, bring people together to discuss community issues, and to disseminate ideas. Through outreach, civic engagement is increased and members of the community work collaboratively together toward enhancing the quality of life in our community and strengthening the University-community relationship.
Collaboration with Community Organizations
The Center for Public Affairs seeks to become a focal point for expanding engagement by citizens and community-serving organizations. Through periodic forums, sponsored events, and organized affiliations, the Center will convene stakeholders for dialog and renewed collaboration.
