Great Lakes Internship Grant

The Internship Grant is special funding that enables our office to pay qualifying students $12/hr. for their 3 credit, 150 hour internship experience. In order to qualify, students must 1) be junior/senior students; 2) be completing an unpaid internship for academic credit and 3) demonstrate financial need as determined by the Financial Aid office. Internships are not fundable if they are on campus, with a religious ministry, political campaign, or field placement.

We are no longer accepting applications for Summer 2017 at this time. Consideration for Fall 2017 applicants will start in early June.

If you are interested in this opportunity (either for spring 2017 or summer 2017, the application form will let you specify), please complete the following online application:

2016-2017 Internship Grant Application

You may have already completed an application for the Internship Grant in past semesters, however, you must re-apply each semester to be considered for funding.

Please note: In order for the Financial Aid office to determine your eligibility for funding, your 2016-17 FAFSA must be complete.
