Are the students there to allow us to grow?

For four years we have been working with and refining a sophisticated enrollment model. It allows us to manipulate 10 different policy variables and then generates impacts upon enrollments, budgets, and facilities. It has been demonstrated to System, to NEWERA, and repeatedly to various audiences on campus.

We will not take up your time by providing a demonstration. But, what it shows, convincingly, is that, under very conservative assumptions, this campus can easily increase its student body to 7,500.

And, we do so by drawing upon our region and upon expanding rather than dividing the potential student base.

Major sources of growth are identified on the slide.
