Chancellor's Awards | Past Recipients of the Chancellor's Award
The Chancellor's Award is UW-Green Bay's highest community honor. Recipients are community members who exemplify distinguished service to the University and region. Presentation of the awards occupies a prominent place in each Commencement ceremony and highlights the recipients’ vital contributions to the University’s educational mission. The initial award was made in 1970, the year of the University’s first graduating class, to civic leaders and early UW-Green Bay champions John M. Rose and Rudy Small. For the all-time list of honorees, see Past Recipients of the Chancellor's Award.
Chancellor's Leadership Medallion
The Chancellor's Leadership Medallion is presented to graduating seniors who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and academic achievement over the course of their UW-Green Bay careers. Medallions are presented by the Chancellor at a reception and awards ceremony held the evening before December and May Commencement ceremonies. Recipients are nominated and selected by the University Student Leadership Awards Committee.
